Class Tonight
Hi everybody! Just wanted to let you know that we'll be having class tonight at 6:30PM as always...
...and we'll be spending some time in prayer and spending time in worship through our "sermon of the Word" where we read Scripture aloud.

This is totally spontaneous but I wanted to see what the old gang was up to...I just started attending a singles group here in Nashville that reminded me so much of Crossroads and it inspired me to check out what was going on there! I hope all is well!? Thanks Brent for the great teaching!

Summer Studies Begin On Wednesday!
Hi Everybody!
Just wanted to remind you that on June 14, 21, 28, July 12, 19 & 26, we’ll be having our high school Bible study from 6:22PM to 7:31PM in the Dungeon at CBC. We’ll start out with a few announcements and such, go into a devotional Bible study and then break into small groups—guys together & girls together--for application and a time of prayer. The topic is “Biblical Manhood and Womanhood from Proverbs.” And on the 14th, we’ll be studying Proverbs 5 if you want to read ahead (I’m sure you will!).
Also don’t forget that they often want to hang out afterward and that usually results in spontaneous decisions—such as going to Wendy’s or meeting at someone’s house to swim or going to a movie together, or maybe just hanging out at Roads Coffee House and watch a movie. Stuff like that…so please try to have your rides arranged before you come as we can’t guarantee that enough people will have seats or if the parents of the class of 2010 want to take their teens to whatever happens.
So, Steve and Kristy are leading the study & small groups tomorrow night, and we hope to see you there!

Team Juarez Bus Return Time
I spoke with Bill Lee and the bus departure time for the Juarez Mission Team was going on as scheduled. That time was 7:30AM STANDARD TIME...so we expect the bus to be back between 6 and 7PM to the CBC south parking lot. Please be on time to pick up you teen and...
...don't forget that there should be plenty of folks attending a wedding at our church today, so be prepared for sparse parking spaces!

Off To Mexico
The advance team departed yesterday, and the two busses are leaving soon...
If all goes well, six houses (four singles and two doubles, so the building equivalent of 8 homes) will be built by Thursday night.
We're scheduled to return at approximately 7PM on June 10.

Pack Rat Notice & Advance Team Departure
For those who are on the team of Pack Rats to help us get set up for our advance team departure tomorrow morning, don't forget that the packing will commence this evening. Contact Sheldon or Steve-O for more information, but you're expected to be at CBC late-afternoon so we can be packed before dark.
For all those who are heading off to Juarez tomorrow morning on our advance team, here is your official reminder:
The vans will be LEAVING from the CBC south parking lot at 5:01AM...
Don't be late...or you'll suffer the wrath of Ian. But, hey, man. It's your choice: On-time or face wrath. It's pretty much that simple.
